Registration for NEXUS 2025

NEXUS is a transformational leadership program unlike any other!

Whether you are a seasoned or aspiring leader, NEXUS will challenge you personally and professionally in your leadership journey.

Facilitated by Des Ong and The Future Leader Group the program runs over 9 months and includes 2x 3 day residential retreats, online meetings, monthly assigned leader to leader conversations and coaching.

What makes the program unique is a focus on leading self and leading others through the lenses of emotional, cultural and generational intelligence.

Commencing in March 2025 and concluding in November 2025, participants need to commit to attend:

- 2x 3 day in person residential conferences in Mid March 2025 and early September 2025 (including the CONNECT25 Media Conference- valued at over $2000)
- Monthly online zoom coaching sessions with their assigned leadership coach.
- Two to three scheduled Online Education sessions

Please note: A minimum of 10 participants are required for the program to run in 2025. If the total number of registrations does not meet minimum numbers, CMAA reserves the right to postpone the program to a future start date.

COST & INCLUSIONS

The NEXUS Program Fees:

CMAA Members $2000 up front and $621/mth over 12 months. (Total $9450)

Non Members $2000 up front and $885/mth over 9 months. (Total $9,965)

CMAA Members
Send a second person from the same organisation and receive 20% off.

- 2nd person attends for $2000 up front and $556 a month over 12 months. (Total $7560)

NEXUS curriculum, tools & ongoing support during the course period include:

- 2 x residential retreats including: accommodation (4 star +), transfers to/from accommodation, all meals & activities. (Transport/Airfares are additional)
- World renouned personality & leadership assessment tools and reports
- Full registration & accommodation at CONNECT25 (valued at over $2000)
- 3 x online training intensives
- Monthly leadership coaching sessions with your own personal leadership coach

RESIDENTIAL RETREATS

ACCOMMODATION
A single occupancy room will be booked for participants at the residential retreats.
We ask that participants prioritise this time for their development and avoid adding family to the residential retreats

FLIGHTS
Return travel to the residential retreats is NOT included in the registration of the NEXUS program
